WellMind Connection is partnered with a team of community-based mental health responders. This Crisis Assistance and Treatment (CAT) team offers bilingual, urgent, and confidential behavioral health response.
Community members can connect with CAT about;
- Parenting conflicts
- Relationship issues
- Substance Abuse
- Anxiety support
- School-related distress
- Difficult family dynamics
- Caregiver stress
- Loss and grief,
- Trauma
- Communication issues
The CAT team is here for you in the moment, providing support for whatever is impacting your wellbeing. If you need a rapid, non-emergency response -911 alternative- and positive mental health support, this can include: stressful incident management, negotiation & advocacy, problem-solving and transitional case management.
